Kendall: Passed away suddenly on Sunday August 23, 2015 at the age of 31. She is survived by her loving parents Tom and Penny Manchester, sisters Mindy (Jason) Stephens, Trisha (Brian) Wakefield,grandparents Robert and Zita Youmans and Marilyn Boyce many aunts and uncles; nieces and nephew Samantha, Krissy and Kaylee Stephens, Brianna and Austin Wakefield and great-nephew Kaiden Stephens.and many cousins.

Family and friends may call Thursday from 4-8 pm at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc. 340 West Ave., Brockport whereTracy's funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 am. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery. Donations are greatly appreciated to any animal shelter of your choice in Tracy's memory.
