Jonathan Matthew Clement, born on March 8, 1973, in Rochester, NY, peacefully departed from this world on Sunday, April 7th, 2024, after a courageous battle with illness. He leaves behind a legacy that reflects his strength, resilience, and the love he shared with those around him. Jonathan is pre-deceased by his father, William Clement, survived by his devoted mother, Linda (Fred) Clement-Rister of Chili, NY, his sister, Allison (Michael) Steinberger of Pittsford, NY, his brother, Jason (Coleen) Clement of Harrisonburg, VA, faithful friend Katie Wood, step-sister Nicole (Rob) Donikowski of Edinboro, PA, and step-brother Justin (Lauren) Rister of Irondequoit, NY. He also leaves behind numerous relatives throughout the United States and beyond, all of whom will remember him with affection. Jon will be remembered for his love for his family and friends and pets, and his ability to find joy in the simplest of moments of life.

A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Jonathan at the convenience of the family.

Jonathan's presence in our lives will be deeply missed, but his memory will continue to inspire us to embrace each day with courage and gratitude. May he rest in peace, free from pain and suffering.
