Otis "Calvin" Combs, 84, of Crossville, passed away Aug. 15, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, with his loving wife, Alice, by his side.

He was born May 12, 1937, in Olean, NY, son of the late Otis Woodrow Combs and Eileen (Frost) Combs of Bradford, PA, where Cal was a 1955 graduate of Bradford High School. Cal also studied at DeVry University.
Cal previously worked as a master mechanical technician and safety coordinator at Kodak Park — Building 326 in Rochester, NY, for Eastman Kodak Company and was a member of the Living Hope Assembly of God in Hamlin, NY. Since moving to Crossville, he has been an active member of the Crossville Cruisers car club where he shared his lifelong passion for innovatively building fast and beautiful street rods with some of his closest friends.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Combs of Crossville; daughters, Deborah Bunting of Cumming, IA, Catherine D. Owens of North Tonawanda, NY, and Michelle Lee Combs of Labelle, FL; son, Mark Allen Combs of Norwalk, IA; stepdaughters, Pamela Lynn Weed of Scotia, NY, Linda Marie Wright of Brockport, NY, and Cheryl Ann Koschara of Geneseo, NY; and brother, Jerry Keith Combs of Columbia, TN.
Cal is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Lakeview Cemetery in Brockport, New York with Pastor Jim Fox, pastor of Living Hope Assembly of God, officiating.
